The “Space+” program offers NGO representatives a unique opportunity to gain hands-on public space curation experience. The program includes training lessons, interactive events, and a public space intervention aimed at promoting the idea of placemaking. Through “Space+”, NGOs can learn to design place-compatible programs that respond to local needs and foster positive collaboration. The program also provides opportunities for CUHK teachers and students from different disciplines to collaborate with NGOs and the community in meaningful and innovative activities that benefit society.
