Distinguished Lecture on Sustainable Development 2025

The Hong Kong Chapter of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN Hong Kong) and the Australian Consulate-General Hong Kong are co-organizing a Distinguished Lecture on Sustainable Development. The lecture has invited Professor Xuemei Bai, Distinguished Professor , Fenner School of Environment and Society at The Australian National University (ANU) to deliver the Distinguished Lecture on Sustainable Development (DLSD) in June.

DLSD seeks to stimulate ideas, foster dialogue, and encourage collaboration among academia, philanthropy, government, business, and nonprofits to advance sustainable development at local, national, and global levels, and to make progress towards achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Lecture title: Cities as Transformative Agents for Global Sustainability
