- Designed a comprehensive educational programme, “Rethink Food”, for secondary 3- 6 students to explore the notion of food consumption and related social and environmental issues in Hong Kong
- Provided knowledge training, experiential learning, and design thinking activities, guided the students to propose innovative solutions to problems
- Promoted the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 2 Zero Hunger and SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production
- Cultivated behavioural change in participants to cherish food and reduce waste
